Volunteers Needed
FOG hosts the Provincial ITT Championships on Sunday July 24th at Birds Hill Park. We need about 8 volunteers to make it a safe event. You will be done by 10:15-10:30 a.m. If you can help please email me at gsewell at mymts dot net.
