At this time of year it is always good to remember who we are.
At FOG we welcome new members of varying age, ability, and experience. Giving back to the cycling community is important to us and we are always eager to help road cyclists grow their abilities. We have a particular niche though. We are not a learn to ride program and we are not a touring group. Although we have a racing team the FOG rides are not a racing program. There is nothing wrong with any of these, but it is not who we are. We fit in that gap between the easy to moderate group ride or shop ride and hard core racing.
FOG members cover a whole range of ages from 18 to 70+, but we are first and foremost a Masters Club. We do accept younger riders, but please see the membership page regarding specific requirements.
