MCA Race Licence - Be Prepared to Upload A Photo

Please note that EVERYONE obtaining a race licence (not a general licence) will need to UPLOAD A NEW PHOTO* even if they've already done so in the past.

You must do this during the original registration i.e. you can't go back and do it later and the office CAN'T issue your licence without a photo. Twila can do it manually, but it's a very slow process and is a very poor use of her time.

*Actually, you can use an old photo, but CCN has changed it's system and hasn't kept your photo from previous years, so you have to add one again.
