Although it didn't work out last year, for many years we've taken the club photo and held a BBQ in June in conjunction with our ride (photo before, BBQ after). You can see some of our previous club photos at the bottom of the page here.
For years we held the BBQ just up the road from the legion at Highland Park, but for some reason those grills were welded over a few years ago. In 2011 we held the BBQ in Birds Hill Park.
If anyone has an idea for a location, please let Anne-Marie or me know asap.
Locations requirements:
Parking for the large group of us.
Picnic area - BBQ/area to eat/preferably some shelter/washrooms.
Area to take a group photo.
One suggestion has been to return to Highland Park, but that would require transporting ~3 large BBQs there.
