Private Cyclocross Clinic for FOG

I've arranged a private all day cross clinic exclusively for members who race for FOG. This is a higher level clinic taught by a World Cup racer for those who already have basic skills. If you're interested let me know asap at g sewell at mts dot net.

If you're interested in cross, but have no experience, I highly recommend that you attend the Cross Lab at CMU this Wednesday evening. This is the second and last one for the year. There were about 40 mostly new racers at the first one.
