Transition

Its that time of year, the last grand tour of the year starts today, the weather is turning, and cyclocross is just around the corner. Being a complete group rider means being able to anticipate. That applies before the ride as well as on the ride. Numbers will be down a bit as we lose people to 'cross and the weather cools. Anticipate that we'll shift from groups A, B, and C to groups 1 and 2, and then as fall progresses to 1 group and how you might need to adapt your riding style.
