September 22 Re-cap

Well despite the forecast calling for nil (Environment Canada's description) chance of rain during the ride, it did rain for the first half. That wouldn't have been a problem except that it was overcast, 3 degrees, and the wind was from the north gusting at 40 kph. Six of us set out ignoring the thousand icicle daggers to the face. After Lockport there was four, and after Selkirk just two. But the roads eventually dried and although they remained overcast, the skies did lighten, and it was good.
