FOG is hosting the Provincial Individual Time Trial Championships on Sunday, August 15th at Birds Hill Park.
Because of time restrictions in Birds Hill Park early registration is required. Race day registration will be prohibitively expensive.
All categories will race 2 laps except Espoir and Senior men who will race 3. Espoir and Senior men will ride first.
Prizing: Provincial medals to top three in each category
Cash draw prizes. Amount will depend on registration. Last year 3x $100
