0700 Sure doesn't look as nice as it was supposed to be, but this morning's forecast calls for conditions to clear: 12 degrees, dry and sunny by ride start with a temperature of about 16C by the end.
I would be prepared in case things don't clear quite as quickly as forecast, but even if it drizzles a little more, the ride is on.
