A number of coaching services have come up with COVID-19 plans that they've opened up to the cycling community for free:
1/ CTS (Carmichael Training Systems - Lance's coach)
The majority of CTS clients (certainly not all) seem to be masters athletes and a lot are "time-crunched" with family/work commitments. He tends to be on the HIIT end of the spectrum*.
CTS Quarantine Project
2/ FasCat
Frank Overton is one of those who worked early with Andy Coggan, Hunter Allen, Tim Cusick, et. al. and is credited with coining the term SweetSpot Training. Not surprisingly, he tends to be on the SweetSpot end of the spectrum*.
COVID-19 Training
3/ The Sufferfest
Wahoo acquired The Sufferfest last July. Not a typical coaching service, though Neal Henderson developed a lot of the training plans. Wahoo has announced:
To help all of you thrive during this challenging time, we've created a series of ALL IN training plans. These comprehensive, structured 4-week training plans are designed specifically to be done indoors...
For anyone without a Sufferfest account, we created the promo code ALLINSUFPLAN, which gives new users 30 days free in addition to the standard 14-day free trial.

You can structure things yourself:
1/ Come up with your own workouts while watching cycling race highlights or replays.
2/ Use old indoor training videos.
3/ Use Zwift or RGT a Zwift competitor that's opened up there system for free during the pandemic (normally $15USD per month).
I'll post more (for example some pro teams are posting virtual workouts) as I get the chance.
*I'm working on a post for the website, but essentially there are four training philosophies: long slow distance (LSD), polarised training, sweetspot training (SST), and high intensity interval training (HIIT). They all have their passionate supporters, most of whom are dogmatic that theirs is the only way. Guess what? It's like all the diets out there. Most of them work for most people because it's being on a plan that really matters the most.
