I'm waiting another day or so to see if the Henderson resurfacing is done before I post the route. Generally, it'll be a loop to Lockport (including quick stop for nature break), return to Legion (quick stop to refuel and bathroom break if needed), then rejoining FOG ride on Cooks Creek Loop (without Clandeboye, but plus an extra loop of BHP). Start time 0730. Return in time for the BBQ. The route gives a few options for cutting things short if part way through your legs don't feel up to it.
UPDATE: Henderson is still being resurfaced. I'll post the route and details Friday.
