AWESOME SUNDAY RIDE. Thanks to the 10 riders who showed up. Actually it was 11, but for some reason Jason didn't think it was a good sign that the trees were bending over at 90 degree angles due to the wind. The wind never did let up, but the temperature was consistent at 19C and the sun did come out. A crazy section into a 60 kph headwind along the floodway north of Lockport, but otherwise everyone enjoyed a good challenging effort up to the Big Bridge and back.
CANADA DAY RIDE. 0900. The pace will depend on the group, but the non-Saturday rides are often a little more up-tempo. See the rides page.
THURSDAY NIGHT RIDES. Thursday night rides are on again. A brisk ride south of the city. Varying routes, but the typical ride is to Ste. Agathe and back (about 60km). Meet at the south west corner of St. Mary's Road and the Perimeter Highway. Parking is available. I don't think we've had trouble yet, but be sure to hide valuables out of sight.
