The annual Club Photo and BBQ takes place this Saturday, July 4th at 0915 at Highland Park on Henderson Highway. The rain date is July 11th. We encourage as many members as possible to make it to the photo even if you are not able to also take in the ride. You must wear FOG clothing to be in the picture. Please also wear FOG shorts if you have them to allow me more flexibility in arranging the group. If you have extra FOG tops please bring them so we can loan them to other members for the photo.
Some members will park at the Legion and leave at 0900 to ride to the Park. Others will elect to park at Highland Park and start from there. A park pass is not required this year. The ride will take place after the photo. Because the route north on Henderson is so cracked we will head south out of Highland Park back to the Perimeter and then north on Main Street to continue with our regular ride, returning to Highland Park for the BBQ at about 12:30.
The BBQ is free for all FOG members, including their spouses and children; $5 for non-members. If you would like to bring something, donations of cakes, pastries and or other sweets are very welcome.
