Yes, forty-one riders for an April club ride! A brilliant day. The weather was super: 9C with a mild 8 kph wind from the east to start, climbing to 14C and a strong NE 22G34 wind to give us a good push home. It's not often a group does the complete BHP route with stops and a detour for water and is still back at the legion by 12:10.
A great job keeping things to 30 on the way to Lockport and everyone did a super job keeping things smooth with surprisingly little accordion effect for such large group. The roads have taken a bit of a beating over the winter, so more road obstacles than usual to be wary of and more important than ever to provide early warning to those behind us.
