Wow! 45 riders for Saturday's ride. The temperature was perfect. The wind? Well the wind was a strong, at times brutal cross wind from the west the entire ride.  A challenge to be sure. Once again a great job keeping such large group to 30 out to Lockport. The roads have suffered in spots. Extra care needs to be taken pointing out hazards well ahead of time. A number of riders tried riding with different groups in an effort to help with the group distribution. We really want to thank you for that! A final note. We have a very disparate group of members. The ride can easily push some over their limits. As we care about our fellow members the ride as a whole and in different groups goes when and only when the ride captains feel it is appropriate.
