A FOG Ride In More Than Just Name

October 28 Recap
The fog was thick as pea soup, the condensation covering glasses almost instantly, but Dave, Howard, Tim, Gerry, Doug, John, and Andy were raring to go so off we set with lights ablaze, picking up Denis along the way. The Beyond the Grave cyclocross course beckoned with a short detour for the more adventurous among the group. Slick tires on wet grass on undulating terrain is good for skills development afterall. Three pressed on to complete the BHP loop. Post ride soup rarely tasted so good. In reality it was probably the warmest feeling Saturday ride of the last 6 weeks. Ironically, numbers might actually pick up for the next week or two with 'cross season having ended.

Riders: 9   BHP loop   97km   Steady at +4C  Wind W10 shifting to S10  Overcast  Damp roads
