2015/04/09 UPDATE: The forecast for Saturday has improved considerably. We can safely start at 0900. Note that as of late Thursday afternoon the forecasted low for Saturday is 0 and the high now +19C. Hopefully, that won't be because of a raging wind. Picking the right mix of clothing will be a definite challenge.
Regarding spring rides: a large group is a lot different than 3 or 4 riders. Start dates and times for spring rides will always be dictated by potential safety concerns first. It's far from an exact science, but we make the best call we can and live with it.
