April 18th Recap

An even better turnout for the second ride with wonderful temperatures for this time of year. Very similar conditions to the first ride with one notable exception; another strong wind, but this time from the southeast instead of straight south made for a much more challenging ride with a steady crosswind throughout. Great to see some new riders out. Tough conditions for those not used to working the draft. The fast group had an even greater challenge (and reward) than usual with only Tim, Gary, Chris, and the two Tommy's taking it on. A re-group at Lockport and 18 riders rode on to finish the BHP loop.
