23 riders for a nippy ride into a cool wind: 7 riders in the fast+ group and 16 in the classic. Both groups rode BHP separately. After a number of riders took the shorter route due to other commitments numbers were cut in about half for the BHP loop with 3 in the fast+ group and 8-10 in classic. A fairly fast ride considering a flat in the combined group and another in the fast group.

Leah Kirchmann won stage two of the women's Tour of California today. Leah is 4th in GC after stage 2. The final stage for the women is tomorrow.
